The Cook County Assessor's Office maintains this website to empower taxpayers and representatives an online avenue to conduct some financial transactions outside of the office location. Most transactions that have historically only been permitted in the physical office, are now being made available online. As time permits, the Cook County Assessor's Office may introduce additional services to further enhance and streamline the online experience. Finally, the Cook County Assessor's Office reserves the right to withdraw and/or deny service at any time based on the needs of the office and adherence to regulations, guidelines, or service based items.
